Clean as a pin. Everything thing I need. Good name brand products; saving BIG TIME. Staff is usually very helpful. Excellent from top to bottom. Only negative is really nothing. Keep up the good work yall.

Very unpleasant checkout ergonomics. Self checkout has no place to sit your basket. I guess you have to sit it on the floor or on the self scanner? Please fix this ?

Food lion is great for my more bulk and dry goods that I keep on hand for fast meals, and the prices are great for a decent quality.

I went yesterday to this food lion as always , to ask for service the do in customer service ,
Every month, my husband and I go for this procedure together, but this time I went alone. Unfortunately, I encountered a woman who treated me with racism and asked for my ss , which surprised me. I told her that I come here every month with my husband and no one asks him for this. She insisted I take this step to proceed with the procedure. Calmly, I explained that she seemed unsure, but she insisted she was sure of what she was doing. I realized she was just wasting my time because she didn't know what she was talking about. I went to another store, and indeed, there was no issue with the procedure at all. I'm really annoyed by this behavior, and I'm sure it might be due to racist reasons, which disappoints me as this store used to be my favorite.

They always close earlier than listed and it's dirty inside. Go to any other grocery store.

I'm giving this location 3 stars because it is usually neat and tidy & I can find certain "Southern" items that are unique to NC. However, the front end customer service is severely lacking. Beyond not being friendly, today I was actually followed out the door by one of the workers sniping at me because I didn't have enough hands to pull my second empty cart out. I had to grab the second one because the checker couldn't fit my groceries in the same cart. I didn't mind grabbing the other cart, but damn, don't follow me out while I have my hands full with the $220 worth of groceries I just spent in your store. Wow, some grocery stores actually offer assistance to your car! In my opinion, Food Lion's groceries are not that cheap to be so above good customer service. I definitely don't feel appreciated when I shop here and spend my hard earned coin at this certain location. This isn't the first time I have heard the cashiers snapping at customers either. They seem pretty miserable in general.

This is hands down the best food lion u can find in durham, cary, raleigh and apex. Very large selection of produce, clean and cozy , a lot of half priced meat and chicken. I drive 10 miles from page road although there is a food lion 500ft from my house.

Employees keep trying to tell me they don’t do cash back on Apple pay when I pretty much come to this same exact store and do it EVERY WEEK. Came in the next day and tried and they had a sign saying the cash back wasn’t working. That was clearly the issue because I returned the next week and was able to get cash back from using Apple Pay. Employees should learn how to start saying “I don’t know” instead of making things up.
