Fleet Feet has been my go-to store for all of my running/jogging/walking needs (and sometimes a little hiking!) The staff is always attentive, friendly, and thoroughly helpful. They really know their stuff and make honest recommendations.

Great experiences every time, and not just for runners!! I originally visited when rehabbing a post-surgery badly broken ankle. The experience to find some good walking shoes was nothing short of magical, and the shoes made the biggest difference in my recovery and pain levels. After that, I took my tall husband who was constantly tired after being on his feet. Again, the difference he felt with shoes that were just right for him was astounding. I took my 80yo mother-in-law when she was recovering from hip surgery, and she loved it. Yesterday, I took my parents...one with plantar fasciitis and one headed towards knee replacements. The associate who assisted them was so patient and knowledgable. I could have hugged her for how nicely she treated them and how much she helped with their issues. The fit process FF uses is so informative, and really helps the associates narrow in on shoes/inserts that will be most beneficial for you. If you have any foot, knee, or leg issues, I highly encourage you to invest in some quality footwear for your health and quality of life, and Fleet Feet is just the place to help you find the perfect pair(s)!

I went to this location yesterday to do the scanning process for new sneakers. The store associate Mia really took care of me! She was super patience and took the time to grab me a bunch of sizes in various shoes as I tried to find the right pair. She was really engaged in making sure I left happy. She totally deserves a raise!

A few days ago, I visited Fleet Feet for a 3D scan of my feet because I had been experiencing issues with chafing during running. Anita was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the process. She provided a lot of great advice, not only helping me choose the right pair of shoes but also recommending additional accessories to enhance comfort. She even offered some useful tips on running technique, which I really appreciated.
The level of service and expertise I received was outstanding. Thanks to Anita's guidance, I feel much more confident in my running gear and technique. Overall, I was very satisfied with my visit to Fleet Feet. Five stars all the way!

Edit. My wife went back to get shoes for her mom and was immediately met with rudeness from a different employee. When asking to do the foot scan to understand shoe sizing and what to buy, we were met with "this isn't a service for everyone are you sure you're going to buy shoes." And continued attitude, until they understood my wife was extremely frustrated with how they were being treated the employee changed their attitude but was too late.
This was not the experience we had the first time but after this experience we will not be going back.

I love Fleet Feet. I’ve been buying my shoes at different Fleet Feet locations in SC and NC. I always have a great experience. Very knowledgeable staff every time. I have always gotten a great pair of shoes that are tailored to my specific needs.

I have shopped at the Morrisville location several times and all of the employees I've worked with go above and beyond to satisfy the customers. Even when they are busy and there is a wait list, they check on you as they walk by.

I forgot the name of the person who was helping me, but he was awesome and thorough in teaching me why a certain shoe feels better or why he recommended a specific product. He wasn't pushy either; he just wanted me to be happy with whatever works for me. I will definitely be coming back!
