I went here to ship out two boxes. My labels were sent to me via email and so I took my boxes and went into the shipping center thinking this is Fedex and they could print my shipping labels. Is that really an unreasonable assumption? That they can print their own labels and put them on boxes to be shipped out? That is their whole business right? Well, when I got here. The door was locked. Through the window I could see the ladt just sitting there looking at me like I'm in the wrong place. I thought they closed or that I was in the back of the building instead of the front door. Finally, a gentleman comes and opens the door and greeted me. The lady is sitting behind the counter on the chair just staring at me. Finally, I said I'm here to ship these two boxes out and told her that I have the labels in my email and that she could scan the barcode and print out labels. She told me they don't print labels here. I was shocked. This was fedex and they were saying they can't print labels!?!? I left after I was told to go to another fedex location that has printing capabilities. If you need your labels printed skip this place. Zero for both their lack of services and for their horrible customer service.

I called today to ask about a package that was supposed to be delivered today. Tracker said there was an attempt to deliver today but no one came? Then when I called I was told someone changed the delivery to a late date????????? No one did that????. Extremally rude customer service on the phone, I couldn't even get a word in without him talking over me. Then he just tells me to fill out a survey and hung up on me????? What kind of customer service is that LOL. I work in hospitality and this was horrible. Enjoy the 1 Star review

Best place to beat the crowds or have a need for shipping something that is outside the bounds of the general fed ex drop offs.Anytime i have something international to ship i go here. Staff is well versed and my package never hangs up once it leaves

The woman at the front desk was amazing!! She goes by the name "Fran" she went above and beyond in trying to help me with a missing package! It is not often you come in contact with someone so passionate and helpful. Her customer service was extraordinary and I wish I had a way to let her supervisor know how great she was. I was blown away by how much she was wiling to help. Great job Fran!! Thank you again!

They are pretty good. All my packages were dropped off around 7PM and all of them were on their way the same day. Very nice.

I am very upset with FedEx. I filed a claim and they denied it. I was out of town for the day and the FedEx left my package right beside the highway in front of the mailbox. FedEx said the shipper need to file the claim. That's stupid when I am the customer and I paid for that package. The package was very important because it had medical supplies for my husband. Things I needed for him. Things that could have been stolen. I got home at 7:50 pm that night. If I hadn't arrived home that package could have been stolen or damaged. UPS have never done me that way.

I’ve been in this location to drop off packages a few times and they had been relatively slow, but today was really bad. One FedEx CSR is typically nice, but also very busy with customers. The other isn’t as nice and doesn’t help many customers...except for when a customer is attractive to him and he helped her in front of 2 other customers just because he found her beautiful today.It appeared he was trying to ask her on a date afterwards and didn’t get lucky. Then, he proceeded to do “other work” when myself and another guy waited. I heard his conversation with the lady FedEx CSR about not helping me assuming I’m a Republican. I found that too assuming and discriminatory considering a customer is just dropping off a package.I just laughed at this guy because if I was his manager, he’d been reprimanded for his conduct. Customers first and not discriminate for any reason.
