I was so impressed with my interaction with Crytal at Estes that I wish I could give 10 stars. I have never shipped freight before and was unfamialiar with the process. Crystal was so helpful. She patiently and respectfully walked me thru the process. Other people involved with the process also got involved and were equally helpful accomodating my situation. While I only had a small shipment, I felt like a valued customer. I will definitely use and recommend Estes in the future.

We had a horrible experience with this company last month. One of their 18 wheelers (with a forklift attached to the back) accidentally ended up in a carpool line where I was picking up one of my kids. When he realized that he shouldn't be there, he threw it in reverse and crushed my minivan with me (and one of my kids) right behind him. He stopped right at the very last second (like right before the forklift hit my face). My minivan was obviously totaled. To make things worse, the insurance settlement was less than what we still owed on the van. This company still won't return my calls. Take it from me, please use another company.

Estes has great customer service. If anything goes wrong with a shipment, they are quick to fix the issue and keep constant communication. I can't recommend them enough for your freight needs.

A delivery was made to our Bowling Center today. We had three large video games delivered. Kenneth was the driver and he took the games off the truck with his fork lift and helped get them inside our building. Very nice and helpful man. Just want to say that Crystal at Estes Express was super friendly and helpful. She quickly offered to call and stop a delivery for a product we no longer needed. This saved us time and the hassle of having to ship something back. Awesome service!

Very dangerous driver on 6/23/2023 around 4:12 pm on Airport blvd in Morrisville. He must been empty cause I recorded him doing speeds in excess of 60mpg in a 45mph zone and jumping lanes with no turn signal. Did I mention tailgating? Ladies and Gents watch yourself and kids when these drinks are around. No regard for life around them. Must been overworked and ready to get back to the terminal

Had a particularly troublesome shipment that the end customer just couldn't seem to figure out how they would unload. Crystal in Customer Care (Morrisville, NC) continuously worked with us very patiently while the end customer worked to figure their issues out. Estes made multiple attempts to get the freight delivered in some manner and jumped through numerous hoops to make it happen in the end. I was very happy to have Crystal working with us on this and I know things would have ended very differently if it had been someone less patient. would definitely use Estes again on my shipments into NC.

Crystal Robinson, Customer Service Clerk went over and beyond in helping me resolve an issue between the original point of purchase and myself. Immediately upon delivery from Estes, my contractor identified that I had ordered the wrong part. I called the company in which I ordered the HVAC unit and was advised I had to locate my own shipper and pay for the unit to be returned. After calling several companies I had the pleasure of speaking with Crystal from Estes. Not only did she not transfer me as everyone had, she took ownership by contacting the original company, explaining the situation, and coordinating with them to ship the unit back. The company agreed to pay for the return. I truly appreciate her taking the to resolve my issue; that in fact I created the issue by ordering the wrong part. At the onset of the call I was very frustrated to the point of tears, knowing that I had just spent $4k on something that hadn't even been open and would have had to pay another $800 to ship it back. I am truly appreciative of Crystal's expertise, patience, and keeping her promise by following up with me to let know where she was in the process of getting the situation resolved. I wish more companies cared about the service that it provided!!!

My family and I experienced unprofessionalism and poor customer service at its very highest level while dealing with Estes out of RDU. We had very important and time sensitive items to ship to our 95 year old grandmother internationally. After much back and forth with this office we waited all day for our packages to be picked up only to be told after calling the office, ‘we will not be picking up your package ever!’. Appalled and disgusted would sum up our experience with dealing with this company.

HORRIBLE!!! The driver was supposed to call me and give me a heads up he was on the way. Instead he calls and said”this is your early call and I’m already here” I said I’m not home he said well I’m dropping off your package at your apartment door. ITS A MOTORCYCLE!!Will never use this place again. I called the day before and the lady told me they will call me a few days ahead of delivery.Driver left my package outside….

You really can’t beat the service. I had a huge fishing kayak delivered as a surprise Christmas present. The Raleigh Estes office was so helpful in scheduling a time and even went above and beyond and had the driver call me so I could be sure I was there. Fantastic experience and I wish Estes was delivering all of my Christmas packages. Thank you!

I had a fantastic experience with Estes and with the terminal manager, Jarrod White, in particular. In the midst of all of the current supply chain issues facing our country, Jarrod went above and beyond to make sure that my package was located, kept secure, and delivered to me as soon as possible. Jarrod solved my problem and did so professionally, efficiently, and respectfully. I really appreciate Jarrod and the Estes team and would recommend them to anyone.

Worst shipping experience I am having currently. Dispatcher is saying Driver came and knocked the door, I am sitting right next to the door (glass door) and I never saw anyone coming. Waited for 3 hours for the driver to come and no one showed up. Called dispatcher and dispatcher didnt even show curtesey to apologize. Rather said ask the driver why he is saying he came and found doors locked. My delivery is recheduled to today 5pm and dont know if the driver will even show up.
