Took 20 minutes to go through 3 cars. They charged me for the completely wrong order, then spent 10 minutes trying to fix it on the computer without an apology or explanation.

I'm glad to see that people have started protesting this place. The cruel practices Dunkin has for the hens in their supply chain is deplorable. The worst part is that Dunkin' said they were going to go cage free, and now they're not reporting progress. They got goodwill from the public on empty promises, so I'm not giving them any more of my money and I want to encourage everyone else to do this too. Disgusting.

Went through the drive through around 5pm on a Sunday, 2 hours before close. Ordered an iced coffee drink. Was instead handed a large cup of milk barely topped off with any coffee or flavorings. The lid wasn't even secured on the cup when handed to me. Was told "oh, sorry, it was hard to put on".Tried to order hashbrowns. Was told "the sandwich station is closed for cleaning".Waste of time and money. Could have went to McDonald's. Won't be coming back to this location.

I wish this locations customers would post the good experience just as fast as they post the bad. 2/4/2024 The light skin in the blue shirt with nose piercing is a W manager! Her customer service was top-tier. Kept the employees moving the drive through. I literally sat and just watched the way she kept things going so assertive but sweet! Kudos to her! The chicken wrap was well done and tasty and the buttered biscuits were ?? thanks to the boy with the braids. It looked like they were understaffed and yet blue shirt let us know they were working as fast as they could. We had questions about the options and she was very patient and pleasant and explained the menu well. The staff was very nice and friendly, good sportsman ship at this location i heard them encouraging each other on getting in a higher spot whatever that mean and i also heard them cheering another staff member off “4th place you go Jalen” well put together storeAnd well managedAs businesses are chronically understaffed across the country, let's please be sure to thank our service workers for making our lives a little less stressed. If it's good customer services, please let everyone know.

Dunking Dounts is trash as far as offering so many varieties of doubts but you literally can't get over half of them! I put in a door dash order for a dozen of different doughnuts... They couldn't fulfill the order per usual and then wouldn't offer me an exchange for a different type of doughnut... So now I have to settle with the bs glazed ones and not what it is I asked!!! They should be called dunkin coffee cus these hard ass donuts ain't it !

Ordered two drinks online and two hash browns. Both drinks were made wrong with no whip cream or cold foam. Not the first time things have been wrong too. Hash browns are soggy and you only get like 5 per order. Why would I pay the same if not more for this when I could go to Starbucks and get reliable service and better drinks?

They will get your order wrong for any food item you order in the app, better off ordering in person, or from anywhere else. Not writing this after just a few bad experiences, consistently terrible.

Ordering online is best to prevent incorrect orders. I have noticed that ordering drinks through the app ate usually more accurate if you have special requests. My drink was gross today. That is what is pictured. It was darker than that ans I had to add my own almond milk ans it still was terrible.Please also note that the later in the day you go, the least likely they have to your preferred doughnut(s) of choice.
