I have been going to this practice for nearly 5 years. They service myself, hubby and mom. We see Doctor Munirat Keshinro and she is such a wonderful caring doctor. I highly recommend her.The ladies in the lab are very competent. Usually my mom suffers with multiple sticks to get her blood and yet they got it in one go. On my most recent lab visit the young lady was so sweet. With nerve issues my hands wouldn’t respond to close and open on command. She was so caring and gentle and helped me to close and open my fist without making me feel inadequate. She was extremely courteous and affable.The different nurses I have met have all been so courteous and friendly and engaging where I don’t feel stressed coming to a doctors office. I’m always called back early and the few times I have to wait on the doctor I don’t mind. Because I know she is giving the same quality of care to someone else.

Staff employee by the name Sharita Braswell assisted me with my insurance and pharmacy paperwork. This young lady is very professional and consistent. I really appreciate her help. Thank you so much Ms Braswell.

I have always had a pleasurable experience when dealing with this facility. Yesterday, I had another pleasant encounter with one of their phone representative, Shaniqua.Shaniqua handled my situation in a professional manner in answering my questions and solving my problem. She was helpful and accommodating . She had a pleasing and patience personality. Shaniqua made my experience over the phone a pleasant one.

I really like the medical staff at this location but the front desk folks are terrible - it seems they are you doing you a favor by checking you in and answering questions. Duke could definitely do better…

Worst customer service..had to deal with multiple phone calls for the same bill multiple times..made me call my insurance multiple times even after giving them all the details and information..never going back again

Both my husband and I have had great care at this primary care facility for the last 10+ years.Both with our primary care Dr BarnesDurity and others we have had occasion to see in more urgent matters such as when I suspected I had shingles over my eye. I was seen that day, and also recommended to my eye Dr who also saw me miraculously within the next hour.There have been some days with a longer wait, but never anything insane like hours. I appreciate the time they spend with me, and they are doing same for others who may be in need.

Brings LOTS of snacks! My husband had a 2+ hr procedure, was told I was not supposed to leave the premises. Came to the vending machine and found a whole whopping selection of 4 things.....a candy bar, gummy candy donuts and some chocolate wafer thing. Really?!!

With stable employment, I'm finally taking advantage of insurance and taking care of myself. I scheduled an annual physical with a nurse practitioner here. As a new patient, onboarding was straightforward; I answered all the questions online before my appointment, and also did eCheckin through the MyChart 2 days before. On arrival, everyone is screened in the lobby for Covid. At checkin, I gave my eCheckin printout which appeared to make it simpler for the staff member as she only had a few questions to ask after. My appointment started on time. They checked my vitals, then the NP came in and spent about 20 minutes with me. Since I'm pretty healthy (knock on wood) there wasn't too much to discuss. I very much appreciated the lab person who efficiently got my blood drawn. My tiny veins didn't phase her; she got me on her first try!

What an amazing facility... extremely clean and well laid out (chairs are 6ft apart), stand here signs in the floor, and 2 people doing the covid screening at the Main entrance. The bathrooms are clean... water is touch free, towels are touch free... just wish the soap dispenser was also touch free (it's push style) Each desk has a privacy partition separating them from each other. Check in was very nice and easy, and if you use mychart, then you can save time and do the check in online. The inside is clean, and the staff was awesome...

This place is most unprofessional and I would never recommend anyone to this. I had an Annual Physical appointment and at that very time happened to have cough and cold. I understand that cough and cold diagnosis requires a separate Office Visit Charge which appeared on my bill and I am fine with that. But, part of the Physical was test for Vitamin D and B12. These were also considered Office Visit and charged extra. Being on High deductible plan- I am liable to pay. The Billing Office wont care to consider those tests as part of physical. I did not specifically ask for those tests and was not disclosed the fees for it. Horrible experience and very rude and arrogant staff. Stay away!
