Reading all these negative reviews really upset. It's me this store is very understaffed. However the staff they have has been working there for years and do their absolute best to the right thing by their customers. The pharmacist Jr is absolutely amazing and so is everyone who works behind the counter making sure we understand the medication that we're taking and any interactions that might arise from them. Kudos to every single one who works at this pharmacy, I wouldn't be able to handle it.

Staff was very rude and unpleasant. Very huffy when I asked for help. Most times there isn’t anyone up front. Always have to find someone to check me out.

Writing this review took a lot out of me. This CVS used to be my favorite because of its proximity to my home. However, I've noticed a decline in their service over the past couple of months. Simple items that they used to have are frequently out of stock. I wonder who manages their inventory to determine when to order more stock? The shelves, especially over the pharmacy and the over-the-counter section, are noticeably sparse, which speaks volumes. It seems like there might be changes in management or impending changes underway!

I called 5 hours ago for a prescription to be transferred I waited 25 minutes just now to get someone to that told me oh no we haven't done it yet we'll do it now CVS needs to get on the ball and hire some people so that their employees are not overwhelmed and the people are not inconvenienced now this is unacceptable you should be ashamed of yourself CVS

HORRIBLE customer service at front desk on 12/13/23 a young women with dark long black hair. Look up who worked 4:15pm shift. She should be fired. I asked for help and every answer was "No" or "do it yourself". No help!

This used to be my favorite pharmacy, but they have been out of two of my prescriptions in the past two months. This issue isn't a deal breaker for me. I understand that this happens with medication. But I expect clear and direct communication about the delay in filling my scripts. I received a notification on my CVS app that filling the script was "delayed" but that they would have the medication in several days. I waited a week before the app updated the status to delayed again but then it dropped off "pending." It's like the prescription fell off of the face of the earth. I drove to this pharmacy and the drive through guy consulted the pharmacist, and they assured me that it would be back in stock in three days. I waited, and in three days still nothing. Nothing from the app or even a courtesy call from this pharmacist or staff. I was so mad and frustrated. I called a nearby CVS that gave me the same line, "it's out of stock but we'll have it in three days." Again I trusted that this was accurate and waited. Three days later STILL NOTHING. At that point I was completely out of my medication and feeling bad. I called Publix pharmacy which had it in stock, and I was able to transfer my script in 24 hours. I had the medication in hand in less than 48 hours. I was deeply disappointed in this CVS, but I decided to give them a second chance with a different prescription. When the app told me it was "delayed," I didn't wait and transferred the prescription out to Publix immediately. I don't trust the pharmacist or staff to communicate directly or accurately here, and it's my health at stake. I will not be giving them any further prescriptions to fill.

Five cars deep, waited 10 mins already just to pick up a prescription. Have also been waiting 9 days for a prescription that I need, can't survive without insulin. Why is it taking so long to get? Went to another CVS where they had only "1 vial" they said would last me 3 weeks. I told them 1 vial lasts 9 days. Then all of a sudden they had 3 vials to give me. Seems like they are working with the insurance company to give just enough to get through the year so deductible resets. I bet January 1st I'll be able to get a 90 day supply...

These are the friendliest and most helpful pharmacists I have dealt with in the area since moving here. Really appreciate all that they do and glad I found them.

Friendly but since it get less traffic, the other CVS around town will stick more items. I've been online before for things that they didn't carry in the store. The staff said it's because they don't get enough foot traffic.

If I could give negative or zero stars, I would give it. How can a company run this type of store? If it does run, I am sure it will go out of business quickly. Very rude and unprofessional. I bought items and presented an extra buck printed paper He said everything was okay with the coupon and it was my coupon which did not expire, but he said the system couldn't accept it and didn't know why and he could not do anything even though I have valid extrabuck. When I asked what I should do with the extra buck, which was a paper extra buck expiring today, the manager replied to do nothing and smiled cruelly. He said I could call anywhere but he could not help me. When I called customer service, the manager went to stand with his staff near the beauty section. He looked at me, talked about me with his staff, commented, and laughed. I left the store without using the extra buck and called corporate to complain. I am waiting for their response.

Not very friendly at this location. If they're out of toilet paper you can always use one of their long receipts that stretches over to South Carolina.

Worst experience i ever had.. wanted to rate lower than 1 star.We happened to stop by this cvs location for an allergy medicine for our 9 month old child who has severe eczema and with special needs.. Also we planned on changing his daiper before giving him medicine.. realized that there was no gender neutral family room ( i need my husbands help to change baby's daiper., for his skin condition and sensitivity)So we decided to use womens restroom and thought of alerting women who enters the room., also locked the door from inside..While we were helping the child, a women(worker at cvs) knocked and kind of yelled at us for locking it from inside.. we explained the situation and to my surprise, she was extremely rude and asked us if we dont have a car!! And we got to change the daiper in the car... i was stunned by her expression and response.. she kept monitoring us..We didnt say a word, but thanked her for sparing with us...I couldnt take off the scene from my mind and thought of sharing my experience here. What kind of place or person lacks empathy!!Thats okay if one cannot help a person with a child of special needs or a pregnant women, but please dont belittle or yell at someone who is already in trouble.. you never know how their day was..Be kind, it costs nothing but means everything... I hope she understands it someday..
