My prescription was to be ready at 10am but, by 10:30 it was marked delayed. It was still delayed at 3pm in the afternoon. I had to rush it as I was going out of town and just was prescribed the meds that morning. Would think they need to hire more people. I finally picked it up after 4pm. Store was clean and I picked up other items that were in stock. Cashier was pleasant.

Very satisfied with the professional, courteous service received. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone needing speedy, professional service.

Giving one star only because the pharmacy staff carry the entire CVS on their back; otherwise, the remainder of the CVS - do not even bother because no one works here. No one. Not a single employee to be seen for miles. You'll wait an eternity to be helped. I'm old and grey now. Go somewhere else and save yourself the time.

Parul consistently delivers excellent quality service. At the drive thru at 2103 T.W. Alexander, she is always pleasant and courteous. CVS should use her commitment to service as an example for other employees to follow.

I cannot tell you how jealous I am of my mother for having such a HELPFUL CVS near her. The lady that helped us out with my transferred prescriptions was angelic.I usually go to Burlington CVS as that is where I live. Due to some medical issues I am having to stay with a relative here in Durham for a while. I needed to get some new scripts filled and did t want to inconvenience my mother by driving to and fro to Burlington so we got them transferred to this location. My mother was known at this CVS due to her frequent COVID testing and we were delighted that one of her favorite workers was at the window to help us. She quickly understood the problem and came up with a unique solution so that I could get the medication that had been prescribed. All without any fuss or complaint. What a treat! I will be sad when I have recovered enough to go home as I will miss these wonderful people!

I waited in the drive-thru line 25 minutes to pick up one prescription. After 15 minutes, they were handed their stuff but didn't pull away. It turns out the car in front of me was doing a covid test in their car while 4 cars waited behind them. The person at the window could have asked them to move up, but no.. Then when I pulled up and paid for my prescription she started taking care of the person at the other drive-through lane who just pulled up instead of completing my credit card transaction. I see Walgreen's in my future

Kacey wouldn't even look to see if the script I asked about was on hand, even though the other CVS said they had stock. Sad.

I,went to is CVS a couple of days ago I can't believe they have the nerve to price gouge taking advantage of the situation the people need the essentials charging 9 to $10 for Charmin bathroom tissue and for a small CVS hand pump soap $10 the department of Justice should know about this in North Carolina and find them heavily. Where is the compassion for the people that are out of work because of the virus.
