I just shopped at the Chico's in Morrisville. It was such a positive experience mostly due to Laura who was so helpful. Not only did she help me decide on a few items but called other stores to find pants successfully.

Nice place, friendly ladies (if you are there to buy things).Note to the owners: I understand that this is Chico's clothing store, but the similarity to Chicos (without the apostrophe) could lead to miscommunication.That's like if a man named Guy Handsome owned a women's dress and sundries shop named Handsome Guy's Fashion. Think how many people who walk in there with hopes of looking more handsome. Instead they find that they can only buy things that make them look pretty, and féminine.My advice? Regardless of the owner's name, I suggest that you call this very feminine store by a more féminine name, like "Chica's."

Had two sweaters with me, searching for tops to wear with them. I know I can always find something at Chicos. It's been my go-to for years.First time to this location. The associates were friendly and helpful. They shared a few tops that could work with the sweaters.This location was clean and organized. They still had a great selection in the clearance area, as well.Note that parking could be an issue if this outdoor mall is busy.

Always a good selection of on- trend clothes. I'm a (6-8 = 0 or 1) not just for large women. Hoid prices and reward program, and always a sale. I hate paying full price for clothes! Helpful staff. I've been a Chico's client for a 20+ years in 4 states.

I recently received an extra package with my Chico's order. After opening the packages, I realized that part of the orders did not belong to me. The receipt inside was for a customer in Massachusetts (I live in NC). I wanted to do the right thing so I drove to the shopping center (about a 15 mile round trip).Unfortunately, the Chico's clerk was very sarcastic and said she could not help me since order was for White House Black Market (which is a couple of store fronts down). I was happy to walk down to the White House Black Market but the attitude of the Chico's employee was unnecessary. The Chico's I remember prided themselves on friendly customer service and an appreciation for honest customers.Perhaps it is time to find another place to shop. One that appreciates customer's honesty and loyalty.

I was shopping at the Chicos near Southpoint and had a wonderful experience. The sales people were welcoming and helpful while I shopped. When one of the items I was interested in was not available in my size the sales person offered to call the Morrisville store to see if they had it in stock. Morrisville Chicos had it, so off I went. When I arrived and explained to the salesperson what I was there to pick up she realized that I had been shopping at the outlet store in Durham. (I had no idea there was a difference) She was extraordinarily rude and condescending when telling me I was mistaken that the item was not being held for me there because they don't carry OUTLET merchandise. Now reading the previous reviews I see that I am not the only one that has had a similar experience at the Morrisville Chicos. I will never shop in this store again. EVER.

I had a terrible experience in this store . These ladies obviously have no idea of how to behave in a business. One woman came out of the back eating something and exclaimed oh I didn’t know anyone was in here ! REALLY ! U are being paid to know when you have customers ! Also after I try on on blouse she asked me So ? Really SO …. What kind of question is that exactly …. And then to top things off she tells me she likes my accent. Well I’m not the one with an accent. I was born and raised here in NC. AND I’M NOT THE ONE WiTH AN ACCENT ! She thought it was funny ! I assured she is not funny ! This woman does not need to be working in such a nice business ! I’ve shopped in Chico’s many times, I have never been treated so horribly . The manager needs to retrain this clerk or whatever she is.

I agree with the other reviews. The store in Morrisville is awful. Just like the other views said no greeting. The only nice one is Wendy. I go to Crabtree for everything now. They are super friendly and helpful.

I went to return a Christmas present, with the gift receipt and it was a few days past the return day from when the person purchased it. They wouldn't even give me a store credit. Won't be buying anything more at chicos. They are supposed to be a boutique and high service. Not what I received at all. Unfortunate.

I walked in this store the other day and the sales ladies just stared at me. No one spoke to me or offered to help. I walked out and won't be back. It was such a weird experience and I have so many other stores to choose from to shop in this area. Bye bye Chicos!
