This target in brier creek is pretty good. I shopped there to get warm clothes for the winter, and it was pretty understaffed up front at the checkouts. The dude at the self checkout is nice, but at least I like to shop there for clothes.

Y'all need to do a better job about not letting pan handlers and just random people hang out in front of the store. People need to get out of the car, go in the store, and then leave. There is no reason to wander around outside the store. You have the theft loss prevention guard up at the front to prevent theft so you can afford to have someone patrolling outside to tell these people to move along. I'm a Raleigh housewife and I will not keep shopping at a store where I feel unsafe. You have lost a loyal costumer. I will not be berated to give money to homeless and panhandler wine. Do better Target.

Let me start by saying I love Target. However, the vibe is starting to feel a lot like Walmart. Sometimes I just want a little retail therapy after a long days work. Self checkouts!!!! I know all stores are doing it now and it can be convenient if you only have a few items. But I'm not loving it. After working my job all day, the last thing I want to do is to have to go to the store and work there too. It's starting to seem like it's almost impossible not to have to do self check out because there's only one register open with an actual live person. The self checkout line at this target is ridiculous no matter when I come. I understand it's a cost savings for the store but it's frustrating for the customer who just wanna shop and get out without having to work another job. But.... like I said, I still love Target.. I just need to limit my visits. I was hoping to end this on a positive note and say the employees are always very friendly and super helpful, but my experience is it's difficult to find anyone when you need assistance.

Customer service, Erica, she's so helpful and always with her beautiful simile. I'm appreciative what you've there for me to help to dismantle bulky garden bench ! If your store manager see this, please promote her. She is wonderful!!!

Had a strange suspicion that I was being followed by a plain clothes loss prevention officer. Having worked for Target myself, it was easy to spot the amateur following tactics. Tall slender white male in a grey shirt and blue jeans. Tattoos all over his forearms. I hardly see how a mom buying baby wipes and work clothes classifies as a loss prevention risk. Every department I was in, he was in. Even up to the self checkout where he purchased his "items" and sat outside at the door waiting for me to exit and get into my car. I sat, waited, and watched to see if he was going to return to the store after verifying I paid for my items. He did. Came back to get things for Christmas and almost all registers were open. Y'all get 2 more stars for actually having the place running.

I was told by an employee that they were understaffed and therefore couldn't place an item on hold, I worked at a different Target location for roughly 2 years and I can tell you that putting something on hold takes maybe 3 minutes. I would've gotten in a lot of trouble if I told a customer I just couldn't do it because we were understaffed. It's not a huge deal, it's more just the principle of telling a customer no when it takes less than 5 minutes to do, very unprofessional

This store has really gone down hill. Came in the other day and I was shocked. The clothing areas are just a disaster, had to run my cart over multiple items of clothing on the floor that were unavoidable. The lack of inventory was also very noticeable. Lots of empty shelves. Had a pickup order at guest services as well and Diana helped us, worst customer service I've ever experienced at this store. Incredibly rude. Cherry on top, the bathrooms were disgusting. Only one stall was halfway decent.

Creepy man with a middle part and oily hair checked my boyfriend and I out yesterday at 6:11 (3/24/2022). The man couldn't keep his attention off my chest nor would he communicate with my boyfriend, who was standing right next to me. He also kept moving closer to me to see down my shirt, before and after checking out. I'm never going to come back to this Target because of how uncomfortable I was.

This Target is tucked away on the opposite side of a busy shopping strip. I call it the "low key" Target. When I stop here to shop, it's usually not that busy. There's always plenty of parking space and easy to navigate through the aisles without being shoulder to shoulder with anyone else. The best part is that it's well kept and maintence. This is my go-to Target when I'm in the area. The only thing is that traffic in the parking lot, coming from both directions can be quite crazy sometimes. Be careful getting out and parking.

Came here to do some returns prior to the post-holiday rush. Most places nowadays are short staffed, and this location is no exception. While the lines were long, I will say that staff was as efficient as they could be, all while with a smile on their face. This isn't my usual Target so I was a bit thrown by the layout, but I liked the ease of the toy display as well as the overall cleanliness of the store. This time of year places can start to look a bit picked over and trashed but this place still looked well put together.

This store is falling back into the stupid covid crap and requiring masks. I refuse to shop at stores that don't respect my freedom to choose and side with the damn libs who are trying so hard to strip away are freedoms. And when business buy into and force these unscientific mandates they are contributing to the demise of this free country as we know it. Have some balls and stand up for the very American people who are keeping your business afloat. Expect their decisions and trust they are mature enough to make the right decision. Don't force your decision on other. It's your right to choose this approach as well as my right to choose not to support you .
