Waited over 10 minutes when no one was in the restaurant and in the drive through I went to cancel my order a lady just placed her order and got her food right . Nate was the manager was very unresponsive no apology nothing to make it right . Find better management I also had to ask for his name because he had no name tag . What a horrible ran business

No customer service, bad customer service. All the employees are at the drive thru window "flirting" with someone in the drive thru, ignoring your customer waiting at the counter. Saw me and didn't care. You lost business. 5 min & I left. No one is inside. Prices High anyway. Need to retrain staff.

Manager and employees are not trained to handle large orders. We order lunch for our staff and always missing items in order. We order online at least 2hrs in advance to save some time at the restaurant but they never have the order ready for pickup until you show up. Sometimes they make you wait for 20-30 minutes after getting there. The last time when I picked up my order, half of my order was missing and I had to ask staff to check my ticket and get me missing items. When this happened earlier, I asked manager and she said that she prepared the order herself and she denied to give me missing items. The manager herself doesn’t know how to read a ticket and prepare an order.

My fries were not fresh, they seemed undercooked and like they had been sitting. Some supremes were very crunchy and overcooked. I normally have a great experience, but today was not good. The staff was very nice and courteous!

This bojangles is the worst location in my opinion. Every time I try this location it's ALWAYS something wrong with the food. Today 3.16.24 I went for breakfast before leaving for the airport. My food was cold, tasted old, and I had a hair on my ham sandwich. This is ridiculous and this place needs to be shut down. It's always a problem at this location. I didn't have time to go back I had a plane to catch. Food is to expensive for these kind of issues.

Bojangles is my favorite go-to for breakfast when on the way to work. You cannot go wrong with their fresh biscuits, hot potato rounds, and tasty OJ.

Very unfriendly Staff. They forgot my egg and cheese biscuit in my order, but I didn't realize it till I was halfway home. Employees cursing out loud behind counter. Other employees roaming around by drive through window, eating, and looking at their phones. This location is convenient to where I work. But I have repeatedly received cold food, brought it to manager's attention, and at this point they don't really seem to care. They have replaced my meal in the past. Only to find out whether something is missing or one portion of the meal is cold. Since I have had issues with cold food in the past and brought it to their attention for a meal replacement. They have now refused to replace anything if there is a problem. Definitely feel discriminated against. Will purposely go out of my way to go to another bojangles rather than this one.

This Bojangles closes before it’s posted closing time every single day. As an uber eats driver, this costs me money. I have to cancel orders after driving a long way because the employees are closing before they are supposed to. Every time I go near closing time, myself and other people walk up to find out it is closed before it should be. This is actively costing other working people money. Get it together.
