Used this bank when it was BB&T and the reps were professional. Called the bank to confirm information which was given to my daughter and the Bank Representative Christine hung up the phone on me. When l called back 8 times no one would answer the phone. I called the branch on South Miami Blvd and Alex was very professional and helpful. He provided me the named and number to the Area Leader. I finally got a callback back from Yoraima Isaiah who was able to explained the policy and not hang up on me. I await her follow up. However, their service reps need training on phone manners. Simply Rude and will not answer the phone if you try calling back. I called back 8 times and no one at the branch would answer the phone.

This location is the worst especially Christina Vargas. She gives me an attitude every time I come in or am in the drive thru. I’ve never met someone who lacks in customer service and never is friendly or greets you with a smile. I cringe every time she’s around. Also, this location recently changed their rules and she was very rude when explaining it.

They were quick and solved my issue but it seemed like the manger was irritated with my questions and situation. That part of my interaction felt pointless and frustrating so I will likely go to other branches in the future. But they did the job just fine so judge as you will.

I will never go there again...I experienced the highest level of RACISIM I've EVER encountered. 35 minutes, 9 total check scans,called company to verify the check, and then a manager approval. The teller (Ram) said the checks (2) were over his limit ($2,700.00) I was the first person to enter the building @ 9am...tried calling corporate, told them what happened and was put on hold for 30 minutes. BLACKS BEWARE OF THIS BANK!!!

This place is a dump. The service is horrible, mind dumbing slow, and the Hispanic female manager just stares at the customers and doesn’t help. You can see why they have an average of 2/3 stars. Horrible management. Be prepared to for a bad and time consuming experience you unfortunately decide to use this bank.

I have been a BB&T customer ever since I moved to North Carolina 10 years ago, and it has been an excellent institution....up until recently, that is.I have become increasingly frustrated with this bank's "updates" to their automated telephone system.They have recently made changes so that my personal information can be used.NOT A GOOD IDEA!I called to get my bank balance, and was unable to, because the bank was closed.RETURN TO THE OLD AUTOMATED FORMAT!!It worked fine! This "new" format sucks!I'm looking around for a new financial institution!!

(Been with BB&T for over 10 years)Between this branch and two others. They have completely burned me multiple times between my accounts and family accounts. I'll never bank with them again. They've done nothing but gone downhill since their merger of BB&T/Suntrust.Here's is a quick summary of why and this has been only the past 2 years:- Wait time in lobby is always 1hr + with very few customers and only 2-3 tellers.- Requested to closed account and was handed all cash when I requested a check... then gave me some long winded excuse as to why they couldn't fix their mistake.- Wired money to another account and the teller wired MORE money than what was requested, which opened credit as "overdraft protection" on a deceased person's account.- Misdirection of cancellation of security boxes.(Do this. No, that person was wrong. You have to do this. *After 8hrs driving to retrieve items as directed* Actually, no that's still wrong and we can't help you... No, we can't put that in writing.)NEVER will I bank with them again. I warn every person who asks for suggestions.

Went in to this branch to get a Car Lien release that BB&T missed completing 6 years ago. Yoraima Isama quickly got it all sorted out in 15 mins! Very professional staff.

Teller at this location is not trustworthy.My Debit card number was stolen.I use this Debit card only for withdrawals at this Bank location.The Debit card number was stolen and misused.

The Branch Manage CeCe offer very fast and friendly service. I don't think I’ve ever been into a bank, no matter the organization where it shows the employee wants to help people like CeCe. She is a ASSET! Do what ever to keep her!

Slowest drive through service I’ve ever experienced. Do they only have 1 teller? Why have multiple lines if you’re not going to greet and serve customers in the relative order in which they arrived?
