Not my favorite banking experience. They constantly deny credit card charges and don't allow for approval on the spot like other cc companies. Not flexible with their arbitrary rules and fees. Will be switching after 10 years as soon as I get a enticing offer in the mail.

I had a great experience here. The manager was very nice and helpful.

They were quick and solved my issue but it seemed like the manger was irritated with my questions and situation. That part of my interaction felt pointless and frustrating so I will likely go to other branches in the future. But they did the job just fine so judge as you will.
