Fortunately, I was only three blocks away when my correct tire pressure light came on. When I walked in Rob K., Justin S. and Gerold M. sprang into action. Aaron was assigned to help me out and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. Aaron. Rob. Justin and Gerald should each be recognized for providing an outstanding personable service experience. Had an appointment for an oil and filter change. It took 2 hours and they didn’t even take my car back until 1 hour after my appointment. Will not be coming back.

I was quoted $1300 for a water pump on a 2016 mustang 5.0. I told them I was a former mechanic who was offered the service manager position of the AAA on highway 55. I also ran Taggart Autosport in Cary.
My father is a AAA member and the tow company influenced why it was even there to begin with, but I thought the job is soooooo easy I’ll pay $500 to avoid the hassle of driving to Cary with tools.
The part is $250 from the dealer at list.
I had the pump out in 15 minutes with tools laying around.
They quoted an additional $400 to change the thermostat. It’s part of the water pump. Labor overlaps.
I asked to change the pulleys. The quote has overlapping labor.
They not only multiply the book time of the job here, they don’t discount overlapping labor at all. A job with hand tools that should take a mechanic an hour, should pay book at 3 or 4 hours and they quoted me nearly double that.
I even told them I was a mechanic and it was parents car, and I would approve the work.
I had brace towing save the day and pick the car up. Saved my dad thousands, not because I’m a mechanic, but they were being crooked or they are that ignorant. We only ended up losing the cost of the tow bill, but only because I know. If I wasn’t involved he would have overpaid by nearly a grand. They pushed the thermostat on me, which I agreed to until I realized what was happening when I heard the price.
Never trust service advisors. The mechanic seemed great. No complaints from the shop. Clean, on time, alert, and motivated. They waived the diag fee which I requested to pay anyway because mechanics make nothing unless you pay.
I doubt the guy working on the car wrote the quote and if he did there is a much bigger problem with this store.

Outstanding service experience- first thing in the morning headlight warning light came on. Went in without appointment and Brandon got me right in and replaced the bulb. Totally lived up to the saying on the receipt- one time, on time, courteous repairs.

AAA Did a very good job on my moms 2006 Civic this year and the manager Mark was very patient and quite accommodating so I really appreciate how the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome. A much different business from when I went in 2011 and under completely new management so I will definitely come here for my 2015 Honda Civic instead of always going to the dealership and getting overcharged. Thank you so much AAA Car Care in Morrisville. Will definitely come here again with my family.

Great experience, took 3 days, but my car had some serious issues. Had an unexpected issue they found but couldn't afford to take it on too, they found another option for me with a welder, and got it done.

I had specifically called to ask and confirm if they will be able to work on my vehicle and have the spare parts etc., before getting my vehicle towed to their location.
I had a week long business trip coming up, and I wanted to ensure I could have the vehicle back the next day. If this location did not have the time or capacity I had alternate locations to go to. My battery had completely drained and I knew it was the alternator.
Someone named Mark answered and said they would definitely have the vehicle ready, that same day or worst case the next morning. Once the vehicle was towed someone named Bradon called and said they would call back once the diagnosis was done.
After that 0 communication: no call/text/email even by next afternoon. When I called, another Brandon answered, and said that they had had a significant load of work and that they had gotten behind and my Vehicle was still in queue to be diagnosed. I ended up getting the vehicle back another day later.
I had to cancel my trip as I did not want to rent a vehicle for a whole week. They should not have taken on new work if they couldn't finish what they already had.
This place seems to be falling short of leadership, and/or processes/training. When they seem to have capacity/overload they seem to nonchalantly transfer that problem and consequences of delays to the customer. 0 communication and absolute indifference. I would not go back if the capacity or competence remained the same.

I’ve lived near this location almost 5 years and have never had any issue with service or communication. I recently had a brake issue and Mark made assured me and kept me informed about any and everything about my car. 10/10 would recommend

I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and tire balance, but they told me the lug nuts were over tightened and they couldn't get them off without snapping the wheel studs. I only got the oil change, but Brandon was friendly and they were done quickly. Based on my experience I'm planning on coming back again.

Bitter experience, I don't recommend this location, Was there at this Morrisville location, For wheel alignment, they mentioned one price and changed the price while checking in saying my VW needed special alignment. They're not even trying to hide the fact that they're ripping you off and car is woobling on turn after the alignment.Was there for oil change in the past, I had to visit the next day as the dashboard alarm indicates low oil levels, the agent/technician had to top up the oil, was like why didn't they level up the first time.

I went for inspection 2 months ago. The horn I tried on same day it wasn’t working. I couldn’t go again there thinking I will tell them once I talk to my husband. Somehow we missed talking about that and didn’t use car much. When we again took car there for oild change and complained about the horn they said it was working when they did inspection. But I remember it wasn’t. It was my bad that I didn’t check before taking the delivery of ny car but I don’t think they are doing the job right. They are just getting the paper ready.
