“I was looking for a specific spring top. The store in Hickory was sold out. The wonderful sales lady at Hickory offered to see who else may have it. The store in Morganton did. It was a 28 minute drive and they closed in 30 minutes. The salesperson in Morganton was waiting for me at the door with a smile. I got there 2 minutes before closing. THANK YOU to both stores for all the help and excellent customer service. Very satisfied customer.”

“I don’t see enough positive shoutout for this store. Although it’s a smaller store, it’s a small town what do people expect? Even with being a small town this store always has plenty to shop from. It has some of the friendliest staff as well. People come in there and are so disrespectful to merchandise and the store. I see people get upset that they don’t fold the clothes, but again it’s Ross. And from what I hear they are timed on registers so they don’t have time to fold your 4.99 shirt. But they will always have a smile on their faces! The management is also amazing! You can tell the two mangers really take pride in the store and their employees. I love coming here to shop! Keep up the amazing work guys!”
