Had my Buick Encore detailed on the inside in preparation for selling it tomorrow. It looks like a brand new car!!! Absolutely wonderful job; almost makes me not want to sell it. I paid $200 for a Full Detail which states the windows will be cleaned inside and out. There is no specification about additional charges for acid rain / water spot removal. Once I noticed, I called back and was told it would be an additional charge to actually clean the windows. Acid rain / water spot removal is not a service offering on their website. Expensive detailing to not clean the windows. Besides the windows not being cleaned, the rest of the car looks good.

Usually the washes are worth every penny but this time around for my 2022 dodge challenger there were a lot of things missed.
I got the express detail package which was $132 but the middle console was still left with marks, dirt, and some kind of white mark. The windows still have smer marks on the inside.
I understand this isn’t the top package but I expected a little more detail.
Really bummed out about this.
—update: they handled this with the most professionalism and the car is in the best shape I’ve seen it in since I got it. Windows are streak free, middle console is perfect and they even washed the car back down. Thank you guys for everything and I will definitely be back
