My experience with Vince’s diesel and auto was amazing. The best repair shop ever. The people here were kind and friendly. We blew a tire and they pulled over offered there equipment, changed our tire, and then offered if we wanted to go to there shop which was 2 minutes away and check our tire pressure. I wanted everyone to know that this repair shop is a MUST if your in the area!

I live in Wilkes. My daughter was in Morgington visiting a friend on Sunday. She got into an accident on hwy 64 coming home. Her car was not drivable and the State Highway Patrol called Vince's to come pick it up. He was very speedy in arriving to pick the car up. He let my Daughter sit in the truck while he was loading it up and let her ride with him to his lot to unload it. (I would have had him bring it to Wilkes but he explained that being the weekend and he was the only one on call he didn't have time to do that). When I arrived at his shop he had let my daughter go into the office to wait for us to arrive. He was very pleasant and gave us plenty of time to clean out the car since we didn't know if it would be totaled or not. His place is a large garage that is fenced in with several vehicles awaiting repair which is normal for the type of business he is in. Thanks for all of your help.

Horrible customer service. First off, as soon as I went there the lady had a nasty look on her face(I’m a person of color) I wanted to get service due to a broken glad hand which only takes a few minutes. She wouldn’t even let me talk to the mechanic for a quick question. I offer to buy the part (which they only accept cash) and fix it myself and they told me I had to leave the premises, that I couldn’t fix it there. But it would literally only take me a few mins to fix. They don’t care about customers, especially if you’re a person of color.Inconveniences with trucking is stressful and they add on to the stress.Avoid at all cost! Go elsewhere

Vince’s Diesel and Auto Repair had nothing to do with the sell of this so called $500 piece of scrape metal I work for the man that sold the 1963 model Cat track loader Vince only let the piece of equipment be stored at his facility until it could be sold he also was unaware of the condition of said equipment further more Vince is a great guy and does run a reputable business and has a great and knowledgeable staff for your diesel and automotive repairs. So if you need a Tow or your road tractor or trailer repaired or your vehicle fixed give Vince a call he’s a straight shooter and will treat you fairly!!!!!
