“Rented one of their U-Hauls for the weekend and John made sure I had everything needed. John comes across as a gruff old coot and not overly friendly but I like him. He answered all of my questions and repeated instructions several times to make sure I knew exactly how to return the truck and in what condition so I would not be charged extra. “I had a DEF system problem on a Saturday night. I was able to schedule an appointment online Sunday morning for Monday morning. They got is in immediately and took care of the problem. My thanks to the the service department and technicians as well as the customer service. We don't live in the area but we would definitely use them again if needed.”
