Tricia, the young wonan who helped me today, was wonderful. She easily transferred my contacts from my old phone to the new one. There was a problem with the phone not texting, so she stayed on the line with my carrier's support staff, stressing that their position was not correct, and pursuing the situation with their supervisor until it was solved to her and my satisfaction. In addition to being such a capable employee, she also supplied the calm company of Cassie, who I called her Telephone Support Dog!

They tried to scam me!!!...they tried to get more money out of me..saying my phone needed a new battery...telling me how expensi e it was..when I got it back..the battery was fully charge without changing the battery...plus they gave me a number to call the Digital wireless next to Roses...and the Lady there told me she didnt know anything about this place!!!NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL....LIARS

As far as pay-as-you-go cell phone stores go, it's DEFINITELY WELL ABOVE AVERAGE. the couple people i've met that work there are friendly, knowledgeable, and they want to help. i started a plan at walmart, but walmart couldn't provide any customer support, or assistance with tech issues. there's hardly ever any wait time to speak to someone, although there's normally only one person on shift at a time. THANK YOU!
