I was traveling from Charlotte to Indy on US 40 and got a flat. Tire Maxx was the closest shop. They were able to fix my tire and get me back on the road in under 30 minutes. They were friendly and kind. Thank you guys!

Zero communication/customer service! I arrived and asked how long before they could do my oil change, was told 30 minutes. An hour went by and nothing so I asked how much longer, was told I was next...another 30 minutes went by and still nothing! So I left...an hour and a half wasted for nothing. They said something about they got a big tire order...what? I guess the entire shop had to work on that big order.
