James at T mobile in Morganton was awesome! I spent 3 hours and 8 minutes in the phone with customer service trying to switch my service to T-mobile and finally decided to just go to the store. James was so helpful and patient. I highly suggest going in person as opposed to dealing with customer service! Thanks James!

Three days ago, we opened an account for our daughter. She was told in the store that she was getting the iPhone 14 “On Us” promotion. When we got back to our house, she noticed she was given the iPhone 13. She called back and this time they told us we received the iPhone 13 “On Us” plan because we didn’t have a trade in. Today we received the first bill and they were charging for the iPhone 13 because they said we didn’t qualify for that promotion because we didn’t change her phone number over from Verizon. I feel very mislead and have no idea which person was telling us the truth. This was a lot of hassle and money down the drain. After having to pay for the screen protector (it was already on the phone) and the $70.00 restock fee, we canceled all services with T Mobile and returned the device. We drove over to the Verizon store and they helped us get a much better deal and they were very professional. Would not recommend T Mobile of Morganton.

kayla hooked me up she is so amazing it was my first time buying my own phone so I had no clue what I was doing and she was amazing and patient and so darn sweet you are the absolute best !

Tried to switch from Verizon 2 iphones and 4 cellular Apple Watches. Left with 3 watches not working on cellular. People didn’t know how to fix and got defensive when I told them I was starting to regret coming there that day. I ended up leaving and hope phone support can help me getting the watches working again.

Call on the phone to get some phone and plans detail. The woman on the phone could be very rude when you ask her questions that did not coincide exactly what she was telling me. I hope they don't think I need T-Mobile.

Went in , ask Jess an employee to see if she could help me with my phone which the screen went down on. Wanted to see if she could give me help.Said she couldn't help with insurance claims .Walked out of store went to Hickory. Hickory people answered all questions and solved all my issues!

I am an existing sprint customer. Since the merge with T-Mobile we now have to go to T-Mobile stores for anything. I went in expecting to upgrade my device. When they realized I was a sprint customer, I was told they would not be able to help me and I could come back in 3 days for someone to help. It would make sense for all employees to be cross trained so people aren’t wasting their time and gas. Go to the Hickory store.

Sales people there aren't aware of certain programs T-Mobile offers. The female there was smug. Somewhat rude. Left and contacted T-Mobile and was able to get service that way.

All the staff at this location were incredibly helpful and friendly. The staff helped to the best of their abilities with all of my issues and were supremely patient. For example, their computers were down and they were able to assist me and give me solutions. Thank you so much to all the staff at this location; specifically Kayla, the assistant of the location, and Jessica. Very professional!
