Stroud's is great. Josh always answers questions quickly and they worked with us on a specific delivery date and time we wanted. Made good recommendations for installers as well. Quality product and a price in my opinion. Getting ready to order another structure from these guys!

These are great buildings and good people to deal with. The process was easy, and they communicated with you during the whole process. I helped at a church put one in for an outdoor fellowship area.

Mike and his boys took good care of me and my dad the customer service was A1. The 60ft trusses we picked up allowed us to store way more horse quality hay and grow our customer base. The trusses have held up well so far which is great especially being in coastal Eastern North Carolina with all the storms that we experience. We plan on returning for our next build.

Great family owned local company! Trusses are excellent quality and customer service is superior. We have bought several sets of trusses and never had an issue, plan to buy more in the future.

I was disappointed. I have given maybe 2 “bad” reviews ever, I don’t like to do it but I was pretty disappointed this time.A few weeks ago I emailed them with specifics on trusses I wanted to buy, never heard back, first call I made after that nobody answered or returned a call. Second call mike answered and told me his boys would call me back to order my trusses, they never did. Third call, mikes son answered, he told me to text him with what I wanted and he would get back to me, a week later maybe more I haven’t heard back.I was told the trusses I wanted has a 4-6 week build time, I said no problem. I live 14 hours away, I told them I’d be happy to make the drive to pick up the trusses. I was willing to pay the price but I never once got a chance to put the order through because I kept getting told they’d get back to me.I don’t write this review to bad mouth them but I hope they see it and make improvements on their end so future customers don’t add 3-4 weeks of no progress to their project like I had to. I gave them 2 stars because they were polite.There are no steel pole barn truss suppliers near me and after this experience I won’t be pursuing a steel pole barn truss. If I can’t pay someone my hard earned money to supply me with something I would rather build wood trusses myself. Probably should’ve done so from the beginning but I was intrigued by the concept.One thing I think to myself is maybe I didn’t get called back because my truss was special order and they are more interested in the bread and butter sales. Which is fine, I have no problem with that. But they never said anything to that matter, just “yes we can order you those”

Ordered a 30'x60' with14' wall Kit. Came with everything. Josh and his crew was on point with all materials. Took myself and 4 guys 1 day to set post and the steel trusses. Had Concrete poured next day. Let concrete dry over the weekend, myself and 3 guys for 3 long days, finished framing and enclosed. Was a simple straight forward job. Glad I decided to go this way.

My husband and I highly recommend Strouds. We had them build a port and a deck on one lot and a port on another lot. They were very quick to respond and were very prompt in getting the materials delivered and the work completed. The workers are very professional and we could not be more pleased.

Highly recommend Stouds for steel trusses and pole barn kit. Quick turnaround between ordering and receiving, as well as timely and careful delivery. Also great communication and quick to respond. We could not be happier with our pole barn, and the steel trusses are both very strong and aesthetically pleasing.

The trusses I bought from ******** were 60' span were kinda hard to lift. Once we figured out where we could hook the chains, things went smooth after that. With the long trusses they liked to twist a little, so you had to make sure you picked them up straight. The kit came with all the bolts and screws. I would like to see some instructions with the kits, I was able to figure it out fairly easy. I also built a 42' span building with ****** trusses and were very pleased with them. The shorter trusses lift in the middle easily with no twisting. I will buy these trusses again. *** in VA.
