From the time that Sears was assigned my warranty service work, I was kept informed and up to date by them on the status of my service order. Service was provided quickly. The service technician, Bryan, was fantastic. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and highly professional. He fixed the problem in very short order. I would not hesitate to use Sears Appliance Repair in the future, and I would request Bryan to be the technician to respond. Both the company, and the technician (Bryan) get 5 stars.

Next day service, Tech called first thing to let me know approx time he would arrive. Texted 20 mins ahead, and diagnosed the issue providing our options. Just a good service experience.
