I don’t see enough positive shoutout for this store. Although it’s a smaller store, it’s a small town what do people expect? Even with being a small town this store always has plenty to shop from. It has some of the friendliest staff as well. People come in there and are so disrespectful to merchandise and the store. I see people get upset that they don’t fold the clothes, but again it’s Ross. And from what I hear they are timed on registers so they don’t have time to fold your 4.99 shirt. But they will always have a smile on their faces! The management is also amazing! You can tell the two mangers really take pride in the store and their employees. I love coming here to shop! Keep up the amazing work guys!

When a customer buys clothes it would be nice if you did not drop it into bag like trash so they don’t wrinkle in Morganton NC. Some of the clothes fall apart after a few washings. Hope for the best because prices are good on household items.

I was let go from Ross in morganton nc I was called into office AFTER my shift was finished and told they was letting me go that I was hired for seasonal ..but I asked was I seasonal before I done all paperwork and I was told no....I was never gave the opportunity like all others to train on other jobs I was told I did stuff wrong but I was never told that I did I was always told I was the fastest on stocking and apparel but yet I was let go .I'm not sure what I done wrong .but was never told I done anything wrong I always asked but was told no I'm doing the correct way.

One my favorite stores to shop at ever,good customer service,always has awesome and good name brand clothing,purse's,sunglasses,they have a little bit everything u could ask for and want,awesome prices on most items they have in stock,clean store.love this place.........
