I was very pleased with the professionalism of Jay at Queen City location in Winston Salem. He was very patient and took time explaining everything about several dryers that I had narrowed down to. Plus it was delivered the next day and the 2 men that came were polite and got everything done. I would definitely recommend Queen City and for future needs, I will definitely be using them again.

Cianna at the Morganton store guided me to the right dishwasher and microwave in minutes, after listening carefully to the need. The transaction took only minutes, and delivery/installation was scheduled for the next day.In the evening, I got an automated call, as promised, to confirm the delivery window.The delivery/install crew were early/on-time, and phoned when they were 30 minutes away. The crew was courteous, friendly, and gladly answered questions. Their work was careful, meticulous, and efficient. Everything was left clean and nothing was damaged, and all packaging etc was removed. Appliances were tested for proper operation.5 stars for Queen City and these great employees!

Cianna was very helpful for me today as I was shopping for a new dishwasher. I'm serious. She gave me complete and accurate pricing information on 2 different dishwashers - over the phone - while I was at a different retailer. Initially, I went to Queen City in person and got an out the door price on a dishwasher I liked from another friendly and helpful salesman and went over to the other retailer to check their prices. Queen City's pricing was $30 dollars less in one case and $50 less on the one my wife and I wanted. Cianna took care of closing my purchase by phone and emailing my sales receipt to me, and she helped to set up my new, fancy dishwasher installation for tomorrow afternoon. Great job, Cianna at Queen City in Morganton.

Recently, our washer of 18 lost the battle and we needed to replace them. Mr. Gravley at queen city greeted me at the door, and within a few moments we had the new units purchased at a very competitive price. They deliver them the next day by lunchtime. Delivery crew took l care of removing the old appliances and installing the new. They took extra steps to protect my home, as well as the new appliances with moving them through the house. Definitely will use them again.
