Core charge on a 2008 bmw Battery, no issues and can you believe how old that Battery was worked all the way up until it wouldn't keep a 12v. Thanks guys!

Just wanna share my experience with O’Reilly I came to this place three days ago to order a AC compressor for my ram 1500 They said they didn’t have the compressor at the store and that they would have to order and it would arrive on the next day so I came the next morning picked it up brought to the shop install it and turned out that wasn’t the right part so I have to come back to the store And order the right one with the guy name Dani the first part I order with the old lady I forgot her name. She never told that I would need to buy the entire kit and she was lying the whole time to Dani that she told me . That I needed to buy the kid I found out from a guy that works at Valvoline. He used to work here that they don’t tell you about the kid because they want you to lose the Warranty , so from there, they told me to come back to O’Reilly and ask them about the kit And oil type and refrigerant for the right compressor they gave me a bad attitude lying all the time It’s like they don’t know what they are doing I told Dani to tell me what I would need to buy to get this done and he told me to come back on Monday to speak with the Manager so far I’m wasting time and money with this place. I have a 18 months old baby and now my AC won’t work. Because O’Reilly doesn’t have the right people to work and they don’t know how to treat customers this is bad really bad I would love to sue these people for doing this. I also told Dani to look up the cameras to see who is lying because the old lady said to Dani She told me to buy the kit And I told him many times she never told me that even Dani didn’t know what type of kit I need. I told him tell me what I need and I’ll buy it. All he said was come back on Monday and speak with The manager I do not recommend this place to anyone. Don’t waste your time. Go to other places advance auto parts AutoZone NAPA auto parts, but don’t waste your time here.

Abigail gets big kudos! We stopped in cause on our back to Knoxville we had a couple warning lights pop up. Abigail informed us it was the alternator and jumped us off. Before we could get out of the parking lot the RAV was shutting down. She jumped us off again so we could get it in a parking spot. Barely made it. After we got a room booked for the night we tried finding a ride share/taxi. No luck. Abigail was a life safer! She was going on her lunch break and took us to our hotel. She saved our behinds!

Man. To be straight up. The fellow working there was too old to be working. He simply stated that his knee had surgery and that I had to put the on-board diagnostic test in myself. No big deal but four stars at best.

Dont go to any other parts place but here needed a switch for a automatic window got it the same day other parts places told us it would be a week to get that part very important because it was suppose to rain and could not wait

This is not a good place o,Reilly's all of them if I can't pay for parts so I can get some one to stop by and pick them up for me I guess I'll have to go to( NAPA !!!!!!) from now on because they let pay for them over the phone

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in to buy a few things for my vehicle and stood at the counter to get assistance. I wasn’t greeted once entering the building and “Eric” didn’t even acknowledge my presence as I stood as the register while he continued his phone conversation, glanced at my Apple Watch and had been standing there for 12 minutes. I left. Terrible customer service. One of the other employees was smoking at the door.
