We have bought a few cars from them and the first time was flawless Karen was amazing. The second time was great, the car ended up having a few minor issues, but the dealership fixed it on there dime, and stood behind the cars they sell, Karen is great with service and helping her customers

Working with Brian was an absolute pleasure! I did my research before buying to ensure we would get a fair deal and no hiding of fees. This was the correct place to go.
Brian is extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly they worked with me to make the deal happen. The buying process was SO easy and fun. . I highly recommend you talk to Brian if you are considering buying a car. Also Matt in finance was also honest and fun.
We love the 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring.

We just left Morganton Honda we had not planned on trading but a a short chat with Tina yesterday during a oil change and a return phone call from Tina Olds last night I am now driving a 2 yr newer CRV with no miles for less per month I don’t know how she did it ??? Do you believe in magic !!! Tina is a great salesperson!! She listens to what you say and helps you figure out what is best for you! Oh and I also got leather and power lift gate that I didn’t have on my old CRV amazing!!

Best dealership / buying a new car experience I have ever had. I was dealing with Karen who was absolutely awesome and went above and beyond to make my buying process a smooth ride.
Moreover, the price was basically a list price. They didn't even try to up their margin by adding useless add-ons to the car as other dealers do.
One more thing I really liked - they do not drill holes into the front bumper as all other Honda dealers in the area (including Asheville) just to be able to mount their logo plate there! Front of my car looks so much nicer without an ugly plate :)
These guys are definitely worth driving to even from Asheville (as I did after bad experience with the Honda dealer here).

absolutely do not recommend. I have been keeping an eye out car shopping for a new pilot over the last few weeks, looking and talking with a few dealerships across the board for best prices, etc. One sales-woman in particular followed up with me after seeing a vehicle on their site I was interested in. After going back and forth for a day or so, I was given an estimated monthly payment but never given the total cost of the vehicle until I asked for it in writing. I didn’t respond after because, well, I have a life - job, baby, other priorities to tend to. So instead, I get 4 text messages in a row the next day essentially calling me dishonest, disrespectful and making passive aggressive comments for not responding to the message I got with a copy of numbers on a vehicle. I won’t be a customer of Morganton Honda and glad I dodged a bullet with this one. Forest City or Apple Tree will be my go-to’s.

Don’t take your car here even for a simple oil change. My mom took her car for oil maintenance and tire rotation and tire has been making noise ever since. Went in for 2nd oil change and told them and they didn’t fix it and afed another problem again. They didn’t screw in the bottom piece under the car in and it came off in the middle of the highway. Horrible service! It’s on a new car 2023 Honda CRV.

Morganton Honda is a great place for buying your next vehicle. I recently purchased new Ridgeline and the entire experience was amazing! Our salesman Witt Pinkerton made the entire experience feel seamless. He was very knowledgeable about the entire Honda line and was able to answer all questions. We are now planning another trip to Morganton Honda to trade for a second car. The entire dealership is fantastic! Thanks again, Morganton Honda!

Service department did what they said with the recall. Fixed it no problems. But when I called to check on what time my car would be available to me. I was met with a rude lady by the name of chesnee..very unprofessional and rude.

Sales Staff is 5 star.....
Service Staff is another matter. Left voice mail for Service Manager for assistance with a tire issue requesting a call back. Person who answered the phone warned me that he was not in his Office a lot and is very busy. A week has gone by and still no return phone call. Honda needs to address this issue,
