I had never been before till today 10/17/23 my first impression was good the lady was very knowledgeable and helpful unfortunately I didn’t get anything today but I plan to return later on just wanted to see how great the place was

Walk into store and there's an arrogant employee with scraggly long red hair yelling at a customer and screams at the customer to get the F out. I start asking some basic questions and the guy is condescending to me and wanting to rant. Felt like I was in the wild west.
