Went through 2 vehicles within a year, a Trailblazer and a XC90, transmission came out in both within months (2023). Husband got a truck, put hundreds of dollars into the truck within the first couple of months. By the 3rd month the truck was parked, undrivable (2024). All of the good reviews are old, read the newest reviews. Salesmen are really good at being super friendly and smiling in your face. Excellent at lying. Stay away, save yourself a lot of money and trouble. (There is another review mentioning that they work with "Buff's" to get passing inspections, they did this with the truck my husband got as well)

Liars. They lie about the simple stuff so I assume they lie about everything else. If you buy from them fact check everything yourself or ask other people in the industry. Check out the vehicle at an independent shop before ever taking their word.

I have purchased 3 cars from moose. All 3 had major issues with the transmission. The first 2 were older truck so I figured well you get what you get but the 3rd car was only 5 years old with under 100k and the transmission went out 3 months after getting it. One of the trucks I bought was supposed to have a shift kit installed which makes it shift harder but the hard shifting was a cracked torque converter which tells me he knew exactly what was wrong with it and purposely lied to us

Moose motors? More like loose motors..cus that’s exactly what your car will have within a month of purchasing a vehicle. Within a month of financing my vehicle, the engine overheated to the point of being damn near undrivable. They offered to “fix it” but obviously didn’t because I was left stranded 70 miles from home after the supposed “fix” because the whole underneath of my hood went up in smoke!!. They also work with buff tires to give you fraudulent inspections & pass you for things that don’t work. I’m trying not to express how I REALLY feel just to avoid trouble with the law cus lord knows I have so much more on my heart to say right now. Having my car was my only means of getting to work and was my livelihood so this lemon really screwed me up bad. These people are the most Shiesty people I’ve ever met. Now they still expect me to pay $300 on a car that will either cost thousands $$$ in repairs or just straight up won’t work. My car was worth what i put down on it..2,000 bucks. If you love yourself, please don’t go to these people thinking they will help you out because you’re struggling. That don’t mean Shii to them. Matter of fact it allows them to scam you more because they see you’re vulnerable and desperate for a car. I know it’s easier said then done but just go to the Honda dealership next door and test your luck with a car from them before coming here and jacking up your credit over a piece of garbage. Literally take this as a warning because they had me financing a lemon. I tried to stay nice about it but when people scam you out of your money and watch you go broke trying to fix some junk they sold, it’s hard to be nice. (Oh and they can have they lil funky @ss car back with the lil funky @ss $2k I put down on it..but as far as getting more money out of me? They’re gonna have to pry it out of my cold dead hands & come get the money back in blood because I REFUSE to go broke all 2024 taking a Uber to work just to pay for a car I can’t use) When life gives you lemons..bring em to moose.

DO NOT SHOP HERE THIS GUY IS A CROOK AND WILL HIDE PROBLEMS WITH CARS WITH PAINT AND CLEANERS ALSO ILLEGALLY DOESNT DISCLOSE THE PROBLEMS AND WILL LIE AND SAY NOTHING IS WRONG WITH THE CAR ALSO HIDES THE FACT THE CAR HAS BEEN WRECKED BEFORE VERY VERY DIRTY GUY

Bought a truck from them. Was a decent truck, paid my bill on time and paid it off early. A year or so later I needed a car. The car was junk. They wouldn't help me at all. Needed too much work done. I couldn't afford to fix it. So I gave it back within 2 weeks. Thought they were good people. But they did me dirty.

This guy's a straight-up liar I do not appreciate being lied to. Told me to bring them $1,000 and he'd get me in the truck now he's saying he can't get in for less than 1500 cuz he's a sneaky greasy little salesman who thinks we're all just unwittingly d*** customers but I'm not and I will and let the whole world know what kind of person runs this car dealership
