“This place is fantastic! I had a broken phone screen and went by here because it popped up on Google maps when I was searching for a phone repair place. I brought my phone to them without any heads up, and they had my phone repaired in less than 24 hours! The employee even suggested a couple places for us to grab lunch when we came to pick my phone up. I appreciate this place a lot!”
“From minute i walked in, i felt welcomed. Very helpful customer service from Sky. He helped me get a tech to come to the house and fix my broken screen through my insurance plan. Didn't try to sell me a new phone. Totally paid attention to me and didn't make me feel "stupid" for being in my late 60s and not tech saavy!”
“James ' phone was acting up and wouldn't take a new pin number. I thought the phone was going and I was going to buy another phone. I went in and he fixed it. Saved me from having to buy a new phone ?”
“I went to the store yesterday and the stores manager, Roger, helped me. It took me a little while to pick a phone but he was very patient. When I got home and was downloading my new content the phone started to lock up. So today I went back to the store and again the store manager, Roger, came over to help me and the process switching to a new phone was so easy!”
“I put 5 stars because I haven't bought one but I wanted to get 1 tomorrow when I go to the grocery store. I doubt I will though after reading these reviews. My husband went in the store at Fiddlers Run today and was so excited to get a phone for me but I told him to wait until tomorrow so I could look at the ratings and reviews. It also says on here that they were closing in 2022. I am confused and don't know if I should in EST in one or not after reading the reviews. I'm not worried about Customer Service because I can get as rude as they are. Can someone give me advice.”
“The young man who helped me was awesome. My phone was literally in pieces. A car ran over it. He found that little SIM card and got all my info over into my new phone. Got me all hooked up.”
