“I put 5 stars because I haven't bought one but I wanted to get 1 tomorrow when I go to the grocery store. I doubt I will though after reading these reviews. My husband went in the store at Fiddlers Run today and was so excited to get a phone for me but I told him to wait until tomorrow so I could look at the ratings and reviews. It also says on here that they were closing in 2022. I am confused and don't know if I should in EST in one or not after reading the reviews. I'm not worried about Customer Service because I can get as rude as they are. Can someone give me advice.”

“We are very happy with our new internet connection and streaming ability with spectrum. Customer service has been excellent. Especially want to give a shout out to technician Chris Scott who came out on same day of request, to assist us with some issues. His knowledge, professionalism, and attitude was exceptional. A suggestion for better service is to have the initial installer show the customer how to use the remote and explain internet and streaming better before leaving.”
