I was shocked to find so many current reviews on a grocery store of all places… Regardless, this Ingles is a wonderful part of my community. I travel WNC for my work daily, and stop at many Ingles Grocery Stores. This one is by far the most homey and well cared for. It is clean, the staff are nice, and they go above standard of the other Ingles (I visit Black Mountain, Connelly Springs Road, Marion and others) and this one just has a certain thing about it. I went in today and saw not one but TWO beautiful bouquets of FRESH flowers in the woman’s’ restroom, 1 being a surprise, 2 being an absolute game changer. Then to top it off, I had a wonderful conversation with the young man at the checkout counter. The staff are always at least courteous, if not down right friendly. I appreciate the value this store adds to Morganton and it’s surrounding areas and want to say THANK YOU!

The hot food is pretty bad for an ingles. Eggs in the morning are horrible, and it's a toss up every visit on dinner sides. Sometimes good, sometimes they let the blind worker make it I guess.

Discount card system is stuck in the 90s? always a huge hassle to get the lower price since my phone number never works and have to go searching through my wallet to find the physical one... I even got a new card and refilled out the paperwork yes PAPERWORK they can't just type it into the computer and keep it simple in the 21st century. The only reason I even shop here is for the meat since it's the best option in this town but I will literally go anywhere other then here for anything else im looking for just cause of how aggravating, broken, and out of date the reward system is. Been using the same phone number at food lion for the past 15 years without a single hiccup! It's been months since I refilled out the stupid card paperwork and my number still refuses to work.

2 stars cause they took away the bar seats in the cafe. It was the only thing that made it feel nice and like an intimate, away space from the rest of the store with outlets for those who need a get away from home. Now it just feels like I’m sitting in a part of the produce section. ? The employees are still great though :) pay them more.

Made a quick stop on the Sunday afternoon before .Memorial Day, looking for fresh flowers for graves. As I expected, their supply was limited and picked over. Totally not their fault. The staff there was very friendly and helpful in making recommendations. Good store.

Absolutely great attention shown to customer service and great detail with front facing each product on their shelves this is going to be one of the best Ingles that I have visited so far!!!!

Recently changed their hours to no longer be open until midnight. This was the only place for miles open late enough for locals working late nights. Bathrooms are also always disgusting and smell foul.

They're deli is second to none!! The selection of products throughout the store is limitless, plus a gas station, pharmacy and Starbucks!! We love our local Ingles!!

Hubby and I were traveling and happy to see Starbucks inside Ingles, we got our coffee and a few grocery items. It is a clean store with a wide variety of organic food items.
