“Lex was friendly and amazing. The overall manager, Michelle, however was another story. She was very rude when she called to handle my return and initially tried to say I was wrong about the purchase I made missing a piece when it clearly stated on the package it was part of it. She rolled her eyes and huffed off as the wonderful assistant manager continued to help me. Lex needs a raise. Michelle needs lessons in customer service.”

“I don’t see enough positive shoutout for this store. Although it’s a smaller store, it’s a small town what do people expect? Even with being a small town this store always has plenty to shop from. It has some of the friendliest staff as well. People come in there and are so disrespectful to merchandise and the store. I see people get upset that they don’t fold the clothes, but again it’s Ross. And from what I hear they are timed on registers so they don’t have time to fold your 4.99 shirt. But they will always have a smile on their faces! The management is also amazing! You can tell the two mangers really take pride in the store and their employees. I love coming here to shop! Keep up the amazing work guys!”
