I bought a 2013 Subaru Crosstrek car from this dealership and was put into a dangerous car, was lied to, and was provided with false inspection papers. It was also sold with open recalls. Better Business Bureau North Carolina Dmv NCDMV The day I arrived home with it, the key was stuck in the ignition. The dealer had sprayed the ignition and key with WD-40 prior to the test drive. (I had mistaken the smell for armor-all). When I got home I ended up with a stuck key and black stains on my hands and clothing. The following day, I noticed the horn didn't work. Major safety Concern. I contacted the dealer regarding both issues and he wouldn't resolve either. The dealer purposely waited 30 days to send me the paperwork, including tag and title so that the lemon laws would not apply. I took the car to a local Subaru dealership who said there was absolutely no way the car had passed inspection (recommended that I report the dealer and "inspector" to the DMV) as there were two recalls on it, multiple lights out, and a horn out. There is also an issue with the starter solenoid. It bothers me that Gray'z auto did not act with integrity and correct any of this but what bothers me most is that on the test drive I asked if it was safe and as a single mom, if he would put his own wife and son in the car, and he said *yes. What does that say?

I absolutely loved working with Grayz Auto..I adore my 09' Outback..Me and My two kids needed a dependable car at a fair price...I remeber telling Mr. Gray out of the 8 carlots prior to His..He's the only honest man I shook hands with that day..His wife was even thoughtful enough to place christmas bags full of goodies for my kids..and to top it off a $10 gift card to Lil' Caesars..so they even bought us dinner that night..it was better than dealing with family lol. They easly gained a life long customer
