I have trained here for a few years now and it has evolved into a lifestyle! I can not say enough about Frank and the whole atmosphere of Flex Gym! I started here overweight and not knowing the difference between a dumbbell or barbell and started competing in Powerlifting. I now a several National records thanks to Flex Gym !

flex is where people go to workout, not watch tv like other gyms. everyone at flex is like family. they are there to help each other learn and meet their goals. it would be hard to find a better place.

Being that this facility stands proud of military and promotes the support of active military and veterans, the owner sure had no remorse when walking my husband's money out to the parking lot letting him know that he could not work out there. He is a military Veteran that struggles with severe PTSD and was looking for a lower stimulating gym. Working out clears his mind and is a coping mechanism for him.Mind you it was the second day he had gone to this gym to work out, he was told that he was not allowed to work out at this gym because members threatened to leave the gym if he worked out there..if he was someone that was disliked I would understand,but he isn't. I find this discriminating and a poor way to run a business.
