    They refused to help me when I asked, said they had bad experiences in the past, and that I should understand.

    These people are a God send!! If it wasn't for them we wouldn't have had help with kerosene for the past 4 years! But thanks to the wonderful people here who organize this program, 100's of people will stay warm this winter!! I love them!
