I have never known this Exxon was there until 8/30/2024. Off Bethel Road on Hwy 40. Great stop. Not much traffic on this exit. Used my Walmart + app so I saved 10 cents off a gallon. Could have been a little cleaner outside and I didn’t see anything to clean my windows. (But I could have missed it.). But, now that I have found it. I will definitely stop again!!!! Gets a five for location and on the Walmart + app.

We stopped here for gas and road snacks yesterday afternoon, and found it locked up with a hand written sign on the door saying 'Back in 15 minutes'. The sign looked like it's used quite a bit. While I was there, another person came for gas too. I took my business to their competitor. Don't waste your time coming here.

Phone fell out of my pocket while pumping gas. ( my fault ) did not realize it for 24 hours. Drove from near tnn state line back. Ms. Moody helped me locate the phone in a dumpster in the back. Whoever found it tossed it in the trash when they could not get past the password. Thank you Ms Moody, your an angel. My new I 40 go to gas station when passing Morganton.

The store is never open when the sign hours say and when you get gas make sure you look and see how much the pump says that the gas is per gallon the other day the sign by the road said one thing and the pump said it was exactly $1 more than the sign by the road advertised. Other than that it's not a bad store. Also if the store isn't open inside the pumps outside will not work with a card.
