Never fixed the things they said they would have fixed don't return calls when you have issues but will sure blow your phone up to come get your oil changed oh and I have had nothing but issues out of my Yukon ever since I bought the thing. Extended warranty is a joke it does not cover anything so don't waste your money on it. I will never buy with them again.

I needed several parts for my Equinox and the parts department was so accommodating and helpful, I had the parts that were available and those that needed ordering were order and would be here asap. Thanks parts department!!

Mind-Bending Level of TerribleI hesitate to even try to describe my experience at the service center because it will sound so unreal that you would think it cannot possibly be true. Nevertheless, here it goes. I took my car, a 2020 Chevy Camaro which is under warranty, in for service. I scheduled an appointment ahead of time, I arrived on-time at the dealership (at 11:15am), and I filled out all paperwork before giving them the keys. At that time, they told me it would be 1.5-2 hours to run diagnostics, and they would call me. I didn't receive a call the entire rest of the day. At 10:30am the next day, I called the service center to ask on the status of my vehicle. They put me on hold, and after waiting 15 minutes without anyone answering the phone, I decided I would drive over to the dealership. I arrived at the dealership around 11:30am, now over 24 hours after I dropped off my vehicle for service, and asked the service department for status on my vehicle. They played around "checking" on the status for 10 minutes before they informed me that they had not done anything with my car yet. After getting past the shock of having scheduled an appointment and then given the dealership 24 hours in which they never called me and then being put on endless hold instead of answering my phone call, I asked them to return my car keys and I would be on my way. They initially refused to return my keys saying that my vehicle was in the garage and going to be looked at right now, to which I responded that my vehicle was not in the garage, it was sitting right in front of me in the lot. Not sure why they thought they could get away with that lie since it was pretty easy to disprove. They then played games and wasted another 15 minutes before I had to demand that they return my keys. I honestly thought I was going to have to call the police to get the keys back for the car that I own. To be clear, they did not say I owed them any money for service, since they admitted they did not do any service, they simply refused to return my keys.So, in summary, this was the worst experience I have had from any car service center / shop. I cannot emphasize enough how this kind of behavior and terrible service (or lack thereof) is so unbelievably unacceptable. In case it is not obvious, I will never return to either the the service department or the sales department. I will not buy a vehicle from a dealership like this, period. Following this experience, I took my car to Team Chevy of Boone who did a great job. No issues, very responsive, helpful, and quick. So, it is possible to get your car serviced, you just cannot do it here.

Asked specifically about a car that I was wanting to come buy. It was exactly what I was looking for and the price was good. I called that morning and they assured me it was still in stock… that was a lie… they had me drive an hour and a half to then try to sell me a different car. They either intentionally wasted my time, or they are truly too incompetent to walk outside and look left, and then right.

This dealership has horrible customer service for the service center. We took our daughters car in to get checkout. Stephen doesn't return phone calls. Guess the transmission and labor you didn't want to do will go elsewhere. Called another service center and the car will be fixed in 4 days. You lose on our business forever!! Don't even bother I will never go here again!

These guys were great, helping me to get my dream car. Fast and friendly service. Easiest buying experience ever! Awesome staff and great costumer service, from the time I requested an appointment to look at the vehicle until I drove off the lot in the car.

Every time I need to get my oil changed, I always schedule it with them well in advance, and every time it takes them between an hour to 1.5 hours to do it, even with a scheduled appointment! I've been going to them for YEARS, and it hasn't changed; I'm tired of it! Why does it takes so long to get an oil change when other places can do it in 15 mins? Y'all really need to change how y'all do things because this gets old!!!!! I don't think I'll be coming back!!!!!

The service department was great. I was stranded in Morganton with my camper. I arrived at 7:30 AM and 2 hours later I was back on the road. I really appreciate the service department for working me in. I am very thankful.
