I hate this company. No 24 hour service. In the winter when the wind blows I lose power at least once a week! There is never any prevention maintenance, they always say it's debris on the lines, well clear around the lines then!

These people raised our bill after the storm. I don’t care what anyone says, I’m not paying double for damages that weren’t my fault just so the executives can have their holiday bonuses

I really and truly wish I could cancel Duke energy. My power goes out at least 3 times a month and has been like this for 3 years since we moved into our apartment. Poor service every time it does go out too, a sorry sorry company.
