I love the variety this store has but they don't seem to care about getting customers in and out. Waited 15 min for manager to come from restroom so the customer in front of me could buy gift cards. Didn't offer to check out other people while while the line was really backed up.

It was very humiliating at the least long story short I had just left a kitten rescue and gotten mud on the front of my shirt so I purchased one in the store and the kind gentleman allowed me to change it in the back another employee was standing at the next register and send and commented about him waiting on me so she knew I had paid for the shirt but decided to embarrass and humiliated me any way she proceeded to talk to other customers I. The store about me being possibly a shoplifter went as far as having them watch me so I walked up to her and the customer s and explained very nicely what had happened and how 8 was treated so kindly by the gentlemen but she still kept up the accusations of me being a shoplifter even as I was being checked out by her she still was asking if I was sure I had paid for this item I know I looked a mess when I walked in the store but I absolutely did not nor did I doo anything to deserve her actions I'm a regular customer and this is the first time I've ever been so embarrassed iny life I cried all evening I hope and pray no one else goes thru anything like this thanks for letting me share .Tonya McGalliard York ps my apologies I e posted this for the wrong location I thought it was the valdese North Carolina store again I apologize to the Morganton store hope this reaches the managers at the Valdese location
