The cashier did not speak to me throughout my entire transaction. I use your app for digital coupons and specifically scan items in-store with it to snag deals. When I entered my phone number in to use my coupons, the cashier came to customer side and cleared my number from the terminal. When I asked her why my coupons weren't applied if I entered my number she told me that "she knew" it didn't work. I'm concerned as to why you have a cashier that cleared coupons knowing that 80% of my items would have been discounted and she so nonchalantly dismissed my attempts to use them. No attempt at clarifying why they may not have worked, or why she cleared it in front of me was made. Just acknowledged that it didnt work. She spoke to all the other customers but did not say anything else to me other than she knew my coupons apply. This was a bad image for this store as I won't be returning knowing employees just don't care.

Terrible customer service! Did not have name tags on their shirts which is highly unprofessional and after I paid for my purchase, I was accused of not paying even after I represented to her my receipt before I walked out!! She then got an attitude! I will not be going back to this dollar general Ever again??♀️

Absolutely horrible store! Nothing is organized. They have sale prices shown and they don’t go by there prices they have listed. Barely anything on the shelves. I don’t even know I try and keep coming to this store! When you prove to them over and over this is where the product was at under the tag price they still want to argue! I will definitely be choosing another location to go to!
