The salesperson in shoes, Amy was very knowledgeable helpful and nice, I didn't catch the managers name but he checked on me and my process a couple of times. After 30 minutes and trying on 4 different kinds of shoes I found a pair I like, no pressure.

Blonde Store manager is "fake nice"... she genuinely did not care about what I was looking for and I am sad to say I can see through the fake customer service she provided. Lazy and borderline rude. She directed me to another employee instead of helping me find what I was there for. She wasted my time having me wait for someone else to show me the area of the store I needed to be in. Better service at Hickory location.
