My husband has cancer and takes oxycodone for pain and the last time I got it filled they put it in the system as a 30 day supply rather than and 8 day supply so I was unable to get it filled again. I spoke with the pharmacist on Sunday who said it was entered incorrectly and corrected the error. She was also going to order the pain medicine because the store did not have enough to fill the order and it would be there on Tuesday. Today is Wednesday and I was told there was a glitz in the system and it didnt' get ordered. The pharmacist gave me a partial order and told me if the medicne didn't come in the next day the prescription would be cancelled and I would have to get another prescription from the Dr. He also said he would call the Doctor and ask them to send in the refill request a few days early so they can oder the medicine and have it available when it can be filled. Time will tell if he follows through with what he says

Couldn't have asked for kinder more helpful folks today. Ethan in the pharmacy went that extra mile you only hear about. In and out, quick and easy, very friendly and competent service.

They are understaffed badly, and it takes forever to get a prescription filled. There used to be a lot of employees and suddenly there isn't. The corporation needs to address this asap.

If I could give it zero stars then I would. My complaint isn't with the store but the pharmacy. They have way too many patients to be accountable for and it makes their customer service terrible. The wait, the attitudes- all bad...

So I had a antibiotic sent into the morganton nc location at 10am and I call them at 230pm to see if it is ready for pick up and the lady on the phone told me that they where really busy and that I would have to come up there and let them know I was there and then they would finally fill my prescription. Very terrible costumer service if you want someone with a contagious sickness to set in lobby to wait on there antibiotics to get other people sick. So I called the rutherford college location to switch my prescription to them and they did and said they would have it within an hour. So if cvs wonders why people are useing other pharmacies this type of situation would be the reason.

Went through the drive through earlier, waited 30 minutes in line. Got to window and they shut down for lunch break. I get it, they get a lunch. Either put a sign out or become more efficient. Most businesses figure out coverage without jeopardizing customer service. So, I go back this evening and evidently drive through attendant having a bad day. Rude and no customer service skills. They chose the job, if it’s not for them then find a new one. Does anyone in a business ever say “thank you” anymore? As expensive as meditation is I could be unhappy too! As well paid as pharmacist are paid, figure out a way to cover lunch breaks. It’s not rocket science! CVS, give an hour training class In how to talk to customers, please. I don’t think,” that doesn’t work for me “ with an attitude would be part of that class. Most people are getting medicine because they feel bad. We don’t need to have to work to make CVS staff happy for doing their jobs.

Horrible experience. I transferred my prescription from Lenoir CVS to this one in the app waited 24 hrs still said in process. Called and the girl that answered was so rude. She would not give me a time it would be ready. She just said show up and we will fill it but it won’t be ready you can wait. 2 days later I showed up and still had to wait. I will not be using CVS pharmacy again.

One lane open for drive thru & only one register open inside...both with lines at least 10 deep. Sat in line at the drive thru for over 30 mins., only to be told prescription was not called in. Called pharmacy this morning, after verifying w/dr's office that it HAD been called in. After waiting on hold for 30 mins, got hung up on by staff. Called back, waited another 15 mins & was then told, rudely, by pharmacy staff there was no prescription & to try Walgreens. Called dr's office & had them move the prescription to another pharmacy. Never dealing with CVS again for prescriptions! They need an adjustment with their staff's "courteous" service.

Absolute chaos everytime I try to get something filled. It's never ready on time, something is always "out", and the customer service is pitiful. Going to go somewhere. I've had it.

Pharmacy never has prescriptions ready, takes days to receive them from the Dr. Then days to fill the prescription which by the way is a box that they put a label on and hand to you.
We not be using this pharmacy any more, we gave them more chances than they deserved.
