I have been coming to country town tire for three years and normally have no issues. But here recently, it has seemed that they either don’t care or just hurry up with the job to get onto the next one. We’ve asked for them to do a shake down on my girlfriends car three or four times and we have been told that everything looks good (suspension, control arms, ball joints, tie rods, boots, bushings, drivetrain axle, etc). Her front tie rods and boots are shot and they’ve told us for months that they’re fine. They also put a clip on backwards on the brake pads when putting brand new break pads and rotors on my girlfriends vehicle and never returned our bottle of brake fluid to us and they clearly did not change her brake fluid (it’s still black and we were told it would be $60 extra dollars to just drain brake fluid and put new in, and we were supplying it). Great to know they have their clients back.

My son blew a tire 2 hrs from home. Country Town Tire luckily had his tire in stock and got him back on the road quickly. They were all very nice and I cannot thank them enough. If you need tires or services I would highly recommend these guys.

This business is very professional, quick and no nonsense. Marty answers the phone and does scheduling. He is personable but always "to the point". The charge for service is less than I have paid in other towns. I will definitely keep using this place.

I have a beat up 2011 Chevrolet HHR that I brought into this shop for a control arm replacement on a Friday. I had called the DAY BEFORE and they managed to get me into their shop, I explained what needed to be done and they repaired it for a really good price. I brought my own parts in and they were very willing to work with me on that, and Marty (the best customer service I have ever received) even explained to me that it would be more affordable that way. These guys were very communicative throughout the whole process. On the way home, my ESC starting acting up so we turned the car around and took it back into their shop. These boys stayed after their shift a whole hour almost just to help me diagnose and figure out what was wrong, and they didn’t charge me a DIME extra for their time. I will be bringing my future cars back to these boys. As someone who did their own car work all the way up until that point, I was throughly impressed with how well they handled everything I felt I couldn’t. If I could give these people 10 stars, I probably would. Well done, and thank you.
