DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They kept my vehicle for weeks and could not even complete a basic repair. The communication is terrible and they are poorly staffed.

I had heard great things about Causby Service Center, and I'm sure they are very knowledgeable. We tried to get our car in, but they wouldn't work with us on scheduling. I can't recommend them based off our experience.

My car wouldn’t start. The mechanic came to my car, got it started and followed me back to the shop where he fixed the issue (loose battery cable connection) free of charge. Just great neighborly service with professional, caring attitudes. I will continue to have my vehicles serviced here!!!

I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicles. I have used Causbys for many years and have always been treated well, given great service, and gotten high quality work at a decent price. It's not easy finding a good mechanic these days that you can trust and won't take advantage of you. I'm so blessed to have found such great mechanics.

Had a breakdown on I 40, alternator, and was towed to Causby Service Center in Valdese. They were very busy but worked me in quickly. We're in the process of moving to the coast and had a 10 ft trailer attached with household goods. They had a new alternator there almost within seconds and had us back on the road within an hour. Very friendly and reasonable. Out of town breakdowns are scary, however, we will never forget the kindness shown in Valdese.

Had a repair at another shop in town they didnt do a great job. I came here to find out what was going on. He helped me out and tried to track down the problem even though he was busy free of charge. long story short this shop will now has my business should have came here from the start
