“Thanks to the Branch Manager at this branch for going above and beyond to correct an error perpetuated by the Wells Fargo online new account application service (system assigned a 10 year old phone number from previous account to my new account although a current phone number was provided). It required reaching out to numerous people in the Wells back office team until finding the right person who ultimately permitted the branch to over-ride a lock on my account which resulted in getting access to the funds in the account. It consumed about an hour and 20 minutes to resolve the issue (most wasted at a different branch that provided horrible service) but the team at this branch actually exhibited the Well’s value of “courtesy” which the previous branch failed miserably at implementing. In short, the team at this branch was willing to take the time to help, recognizing that I was being unnecessarily impacted by an online issue completely outside my control.”

“Had a very complex issue that was hard to explain, called the 1-800 customer service number, twice, spent roughly an hour on the phone each. I called this bank, my home bank and Ms. Nichole Dubs was nothing but pleasant. She listened to my issue and did everything she could do to quickly resolve the issue and successfully did it. Can’t guarantee they can solve your issue, but they will do everything in there power.”
