I put 5 stars because I haven't bought one but I wanted to get 1 tomorrow when I go to the grocery store. I doubt I will though after reading these reviews. My husband went in the store at Fiddlers Run today and was so excited to get a phone for me but I told him to wait until tomorrow so I could look at the ratings and reviews. It also says on here that they were closing in 2022. I am confused and don't know if I should in EST in one or not after reading the reviews. I'm not worried about Customer Service because I can get as rude as they are. Can someone give me advice.

Carla, the manager, was so very helpful and knowledgeable. She definitely knows how important excellent customer service is and excels in every way in making sure her customers feel valued and receive the best professional service!!!
