Communication is basically non existent, I've sent multiple notes, one asking for a view of the hoodie before shipment to make sure it was okay but NEVER got a response and hoodie was sent anyways. That being said, i demand either a refund or a replacement since the issues with my hoodie couldve been avoided if i wasnt ignored. The printing has several missing spots in white areas. If they would've shown me the hoodie before shipping like I asked, i wouldn't be complaining ab

They don't stand behind their work - they blame customer's for issues!!! do not buy from them - and especially not via the etsy store - paypal protection for buyers doesn't protect you - they are breaking the terms of paypal.
