Advance Auto Parts offers automotive aftermarket products and free store services. The staff is very friendly, helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. They provide excellent customer service, going above and beyond to explain things and assist customers. Employees will help you figure out what you need, even if you are unsure. They are good people who offer great support, such as helping to find items, carrying products, and assisting with a dead battery. The store provides free battery testing and installations with purchase. The service is quick, and the crew is very helpful for all automotive needs, often able to get items they do not have in stock.
So glad that this organization maintains such quality training for their employees. Will class customer service excellence. The staff was really good and the commercial manager, even though she was leaving for the day she stopped to help out, above and beyond. Coach Abe
