The male pharmacist working here is soooo rude... switching to a diff pharmacy asap. I didn't answer some of the questions he asked me "right" bc I was confused and his words were "unfortunately I have no pills for you" when he was the one making a mistake.

My family has struggled for months getting medication for my father’s poor blood pressure. The employees within the pharmacy are very lazy and refuse to give him meds when they are supposed to (even if we call a day in advance). I went to get antibiotics for a bad dog bite at 6:40 pm and was told to wait in the store for them to get it. They then closed the pharmacy and didn’t even bother to call our name or even fill the bottle. At 7:05 we tried to call out since there were still people in the pharmacy. We were ignored. We had to get an employee outside of the pharmacy to get it for us. A man peaked out of the pharmacy window and held up seven fingers saying they closed at seven. Switched to CVS.

Today, was my first time there. I had to drop off something at Fed Ex, and the young lady working at that counter was awesome!
She was courteous, and professional. She didn't make me feel like I was bothering her; which seems to be a problem with customer service workers today.
I see the ratings for this store are poor. I hope to see a change because Walgreens is my store of choice. The rest of the staff would do themselves good to follow this young lady's example. Thank you.

This pharmacy has TERRIBLE customer service!! We called and were on hold for over 45 minutes, and still no answer. So decided to drive up to the pharmacy only to be told to go wait in the parking lot!

I shopped at this branch this morning. Normally staff seem glad to meet customers and come across that way. Not this morning. A young man at the checkout register was arrogant, sullen and appeared angry. I made the mistake of telling him that a smile would not crack his face. Not changing his look, I said if he kept that attitude perhaps the store would not want him. Not a good shopping experience.

Unacceptable!!!! They called said my so sons medicine was ready and then closed for the day. AND they wouldn't transfer it to the other open location!!!! Switching pharmacies permanently!!!!!!!

This Walgreens’s is awesome. They all work so hard over the holidays and year round. It’s a busy store and the general public are not always so sweet.Kym in the photo department goes above and beyond. Everyone does and they should be applauded and appreciated! Merry Christmas to the whole team!

Rude staff in the pharmacy. There's a guy here who must absolutely hate his job because he acts like you're bothering him every time he answers the phone. Shame there isn't somewhere else to get my prescriptions filled in AB.

I had an issue with my prescription being filled over a long Holiday weekend. Dr's office had evidence they sent pre-authorization form four times. I did not get the medication I needed filled for a week which caused additional health problems for me. They were no help at all. The only one who was helpful was the person who checked me out. He has always been very nice. I'll be trying my best to use local pharmacies for our needs.

No problem with the store management and no problem with the cashiers out in front. I do have a problem with the pharmacy and the pharmacists.. I swear to god they have to take an illiteracy test to get that job.. It's a disgrace To say the least I will definitely be looking forward to going somewhere else.

Store is very clean , associates are always stocking or cleaning , I have never seen anyone just standing around..they are well groomed , and very polite..firm but polite.
